Kiln marked a significant milestone by hosting its first-ever collaboration dinner, brought together by Salty Magazine. This exclusive event featured two of the industry’s most acclaimed chefs: Phillip Tessier of PRESS Napa Valley and Ian Scaramuzza of Ode Los Angeles.

The evening was a testament to Kiln’s commitment to innovation, where fire-driven techniques and precision met the visionary craftsmanship of these renowned chefs.
